I apologize for the disruption in my posting schedule the last few weeks; life has been throwing more work and more steampunk insanity than usual. Here’s a quick note saying that I’m alive and well and quite bouncy about the things I have in store for you.
Posting schedule
This Sunday the 12th will be my con report for Dragon*Con. I never finished up the one I did for ConnectiCon, and I don’t want to fall off the wagon when it comes to that.
The week of September 19th, I’ll be hosting a 3-part guest series by the intrepid Matt Delman of the steampunk/writing blog Free the Princess and Steampunk e-zine Doctor Fantastique’s Show of Wonders, who will be writing about The Great Game. And I’m not referring talking about chess here, either.
September 26th will feature another guest post by Kevin Mullins entitled “Bombing Victoria: A story of Fenian Dynamiters and British Intelligence.” Need I say more?
And to start off the beginning of October, I’m finalizing a couple of exciting interviews and guest blogging that I can’t wait to announce. ^___^
Con Appearances & Social Events
Ah-ha! My calendar is filling up. This fall, I be a-wandering at the following places:
Steampunk Invasion of Salem This weekend!
New York Comic-Con & New York Anime Festival. October 8th – October 11th. Two conventions in one! I’ll be walking the floor, doing some work for my Day Job, with optional mayhem. But whether you see me all geared up in steamwear or wandering about with a camera, come & say hi!
Another Anime Con October 15th – 17th, Nashua, NH. I’ve stopped by this darling of a con before, and am looking forward to it again. Will be presenting with The Wandering Legion.
TempleCon February 4th – 6th, Warwick, RI. Whoa, scheduling into 2011 already? That just shows that the folks at TempleCon run a tight ship. And if you check out their page now, you can see yours truly featured as their first guest spotlight.
And my con schedule can also be found here.

Any plans for Steamcon II in November in Seattle?
Oh, I *really* want to come out for Steamcon, but Dragon*Con ate up a lot of my funds for the fall, and I’ll have to stick close to the home base for now.
I am, however, considering offers to travel out west in 2011. ^-^
Oooo, I even got “intrepid” before my name. Sweet.
